When you first begin to weight train you could notice that your weight will really step-up.This is because muscle is more compact than fat but as muscle is smaller so you should observe the body getting smaller yet if the scales do not show an diminution in weight.

In conclusion when weight training assure that you change your routine around so that the body can't get used to the routine.the body only needs about 6 weeks for it to figure out how to work with efficiency if holding to the same routine and consequently you'll stop seeing any weight or body changes.
